Our mats are fully machine washable.

Any everyday household liquid detergent works perfectly. To protect the integrity of our stylish designs, we recommend avoiding bleach. For an extra boost of freshness, you can add a splash of white vinegar or a laundry sanitizer to your wash cycle.

Care Instructions:

• Machine wash cold 

• Use mild liquid detergent

• Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry

For everyday maintenance, simply shake out debris or vacuum between washes.

Yes. Lovewag mats feature a waterproof, leak-proof barrier designed to protect your floors from spills, accidents, and messes.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• We offer $6.95 flat-rate shipping on domestic orders.

• Free shipping is applied on orders over $50.

• We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible at [email protected]. We'll do our best to accomdate your request.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return once it’s delivered (unused and in original packaging).

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
